The Mission of the Indiana Leadership Forum
About Us
Our Program
The Indiana Leadership Forum is a seminar series focused on government and political leadership. Classes meet once a month from November to June in the Indianapolis area. The course includes a class trip to Washington, D.C. in May. Participants have the opportunity to meet and interact with elected officials, and business and community leaders.
Our Alumni
To date, over 500 Hoosiers have graduated from the ILF program and many are actively engaged in various leadership positions across the state.

VALUABLE EXPERIENCE
HOW TO PARTICIPATE
Selection Criteria: Successful applicants will have a track record of leadership skills, self-motivation, professional achievement, and exemplary character, as well as a commitment to free market and limited government principles. Candidates must also demonstrate a strong potential for future success, a willingness to be more actively engaged in the community, and the ability to utilize the Indiana Leadership Forum education in order to increase his/her level of civic engagement.
Method of Selection: A Selection Committee comprised of alumni and board members will evaluate applications and conduct interviews.

The Indiana Leadership Forum's tuition is supplemented by generous contributions from businesses, individuals and community groups in order to fund operating costs and subsidize the annual class trip to Washington, D.C.
